Bad Claims Attitude and Service

On 10 May 2013, Mr Tsukudu's kitchen partly caught fire through a burnt oven which completely destroyed the stove and damaged a few goods in the kitchen and front rooms caught smoke and discoloured. The claim number is 771548; policy number: EDG7291595. After putting the claim through, the household damages were assessed by Hollard through Andrew Miller and Mr Tsukudu was left in the hands of Andrew Miller from thenceforth. Then Firefox employed by Andrew Miller collected the discoloured goods; emptying the kitchen cupboards and disconnected and took all electronic appliances in the living room for smoke cleaning. Then Mr Tsukudu never heard from Hollard but was left to deal with Andrew Miller who informed him of the results of assessment. These included that the stove will not be replaced because it is covered under the the building's cover which he mentioned that they are under insured and therefore cannot be recovered. Meantime the building is covered at R448 000. Only R34 000 has been recovered for this claim given the already mentioned reason by Andrew Miller and no correspondence whatsoever from Hollard. Can you please help sort out this claim of a Pensioner, Mr Tsukudu? Tks.
