No response regarding "insurance" deducton

On 01/07/2013, I noticed that there was an amount of R1645.76 deducted by ABSA from my Nedbank account. Upon enquiring with ABSA, I was informed that it was for ABSA Insurance as according to them, "I don't have any insurance on my car". I bought my car in 2010 and have been with Outsurance since purchasing my car. How is it possible after almost 3 years they "notice" that I don't have any insurance and decided to just deduct money from my account without my authorization??? I requested indication from a consultant as to when I was supposedly contacted regarding "authorization" for this "new insurance" and was informed by the employee that there is no indication on the system that I was ever contacted. I then lodge a complaint with ABSA and requested to be informed of acknowledgement of complaint, with still no reply as yet. The complaint was faxed and emailed. I have been trying since Monday afternoon to contact them telephonically, but the numbers that I was given just keeps ringing and no one answers. I require this money urgently back as I am a single parent with responsibilities.
