I took a loan from Wonga in Jan and I paid them on 11 June and contacted them for a settlement figure. The agent said that she will speak to her manager and get back to me. I emailed them the deposit slip and waited for a phone call and today the agent calls me to say that I must pay a further R2000. She refuses me to speak to her manager and again she promised to speak to her manager. What a rip off
