I applied for a 'fast little loan' of R2000 from Wonga n Nov 2013 which I pauid on time. I re-applied for a loan in Dec 2013 and was declined. Call Center agent "Tazz" told me my ITC status is clear and that I must reapply after 24hrs. I did so and was declined again yet my trust raiting says I qualify??? Yet Wonga sends me sms's telling me to apply almost weekly. The call center staff are just as clueless and offer no logical answers. Is there anyone at Wonga that actually knows what they are doing?
