So on Thursday last week I applied online for a cellphone with FNB and added insurance, the reason behind it was so I could get the most FNB reward points possible. Today the sales department called to finalise the application and it turns out that there is no insurance at the moment. But it is advertised online and in the application process.
Now I really need a phone (as my phone was over the weekend), if I apply with you I don't get insurance and I don't get in reward point that are advertised. I feel disillusioned.
Surely the consumer protection act has something written regarding such misinformation.
