I tried to call the call centre for the change of my car but still keeping their insurance, I dont wanna help me and im getting frustrated, one agent droped my call, then other transfer me, other agent put me on mute button, other one droped my call, Am i paying the service for this coz their agents not professionally enough and well trained, I need an answer now and a discount for such a poor service, May i get a quick response, im using money to make this calls but no one is willing to help me. I want an excellent service that is required coz im paying this insurance and this kind of service is not accepting.
