I started calling Miway on Monday 1 July 2013, and i was advised that someone would call be back, 4 hours later I picked up the call and got through to a freedom fighter at MIway, I told her my situation and requested a review on my increased premiums as per 01/06/13, while I was speaking to her I went on the net and searched for a quote from other insurers, to cut a long story short, I emailed the lady the quote that I had received from the other insurer, and she didn't reply or inform me she had received it after resending the document about 4 times that afternoon I called miway again on 02/06/13, with the intent to cancel my policy and go with the new insurer. To my blessing I spoke to a young Man by the name of Emmanuel. WE spoke for a while but I must admit he made me look at what I had been offered and compared it like for like and I will admit it was not better after the comparison, to top it off he even managed to get me a better deal on my premiums. If my memory serves me right I think it was Emmanuel who I spoke to when i took out my insurance 12 months ago. It easy for us to complain but when a person goes the extra mile he must be APPRECIATED. HE HIS A ASSET to Miway.
