I Mr Hermanus not happy with the treatment i have received from mi way as i have car insurance with them. i believe im over paying my premiums as there are people who pay less premiums than mine and which they just had their new in driving but im having my license for long.
i called miway for them to review my premiums and they did reduce or a month and now when i call them back to review they again increase them which they giving false information. I was promised that if i call back in October my premiums will be less but now instead it has to be more. There are many companies who are offering better premiums than this money sucker MIWAY...
I guess its better for me to cancel with MIWAY and use other companies insurances as they listen and appreciates their clients.
