Please wake up

This month you bounced the payment for my vehicle yet my records indicate that there was money in my account. Not only is your incompetence costing me time and money, its also VERY IRRITATING. Why I ever moved my accounts from First National Bank to nedbank remains a mystery. If you EVER bounce anything on my account again I will move my accounts back to FNB. You already lost your market share to Capitec so I can't see that you can afford to lose any more customers. Maybe if you did your work properly that wouldn't have happened in the first place
