Sent email to FNB insurance to remove a vehicle off my insurance as I have sold that car. Sent all the evidence to the email addresses provided on the policy schedule. For 2 months of calling and trying to get this issue resolved, they still debit my account for 2 vehicles. This causes unplanned amounts of money to be unavailable in my account and renders my account overdrawn because of FNB's incompetence. This is very dissapointing to rather well branded & reputable institution. Dissapointed.
