Credit Card - online misleading with the banking mobile service

I Tebogo Boikanyo a very disappointed customer with African Bank which is charging client ridiculous chargers without understanding. I have checking my credit balance on the mobile service which also charges each tine we require our credit balances... nd was surprised when my debit order to find the positive balance have turned into a debit balance of R500 over night. After several call I noted that the customer automatically cuts calls whike you still holding for assistance and my query was never taken so in simply words I never got a chance to log a query.

African Bank are dodgy and mislead people I will investigate this to the end
