Tempering with my account

I'm extremely unhappy with my way at the moment. i need you to listen to the call i made from feb, and i need the contract that was send to me on the march or feb that was confirming the premiums of R840. And listen to the recordings with Victoria and call made on the 24th of june.

I called today to review my contract, and i was told that my car is on market, my premiums went up to R900. And i have
Added credit short fall on it. my car was always on retail, credit short fall was always there. Why is my way tempering with my policy without my knowledge?
