Adrian, thank you. I had lodged a complaint a few days back, and received a call from Adrian a few hours later. My husband and I were not pleased with the incident at all. As we felt it was unprofessional and misleading. Adrian took the responsibility to call us and explain the mishap. He was calm and professional all the way and lived up to his word. Although we had decided to cancel the entire booking with that specific accommodation, we ended up with Adrian who gave us exceptional service and a cherry on top. If it wasn't of him contacting us, we would have fought tooth and nail with [URL Removed]
