Insurance claim - on behalf of the insured party

I do not recommend Peet Swanepoel to be dealing with clients at all!
There was an insurance claim put through for a damaged vehicle, where Peet had made the claim process so unpleasant for any of the parties to deal with him. He is the most rude person I have ever dealt with in my life.
And on top of all of that in his " Factual Findings" he had changed my wording to more suit this conclusion.
This is unacceptable, and due to his bad attitude and workmanship the insurance policy has been pulled from Absa, where there were also 2 properties insured under the policy.

How can people like this work At such a well known company, and treat people the way he does, this creates a loss for the company.
