How can we help you?? An embarresment!!

Went to FNB Centurion on Friday to get urgent statements for the past three years. They promised to phone me the moment it is ready for collection. Still waiting!!! Phoned them 3 times today to enquire about the statements and all I get is a promise that they will phone me... no luck yet!!!
