So much for putting women first

Over a year ago, my car got into an accident and police reports proved the other party to be at fault- the total damages came to R 160 000. First for Women decided to fix- they took my car to Dent Tech which is not an approved BMW dealership-I asked why it's not taken to a BMW approved repair centre, Mfundo, the person assigned to my claim said it's their policy to take my vehicle to the nearest panel beater. It took a full year to have the car repaired, after failing a warranty check at BMW. A lot has happened in between the accident and now. Parts taking months and months to be delivered, me being held liable for a warranty failure on the car, including paintwork for which I was given a lifetime warranty. Mfundo, as a first for women representative, was not supportive, I have tried to contact him for a long time, he doesn't return my calls. there are false statements made on the First For Women system, that I agreed to being liable for thing when im nt, that i insisted on taking the car, when i did not. I asked Mfundo about the implications of taking the car without warrantee, he failed to help, only after taking the car, o=another person from FFW called to tell me the risks. too
