I have a 1Life Life Insurance Policy, which I got telephonically from a 1Life Customer Services Clerk.
For the last two months 1Life has been deducting my monthly contribution twice in a month. Although I have tried to communicate this with them, I haven't gotten any feedback whatsoever.
Why are they deducting my monthly debit orders twice? This is not what I agreed on with them.
Please can this be corrected once and for all otherwise I'm going to cancel my Life Insurance.
