Ended before it started

Went to your FNB Branch in the Glen Shopping Centre. Made the decision to transfer my entire banking portfolio to FNB from your leading competitor. All I got from your welcome desk was a "sit in the queue " after I explained I want to see a personal banker to transfer all my accounts to FNB. When I ask if I can't rather see the Personal Banker, All I got is "she is not in, you have to sit in the queue, or do your application online"

Great, thank you FNB. This relationship ended even before it started.
Your marketing is great and convinced me to change. Good marketing only helps if your employees are also on board.
