No service, and improper billing

I ran into financial difficulty, due to a "political situation" in the workplace, and my business was boycotted, because the big boss listened to the "jealous little freak".
My overdraft facility was squashed, with no word of warning.
My business account was frozen with no warning, and I couldn't rectify my arrears accounts.

All debit orders were dissallowed by the Standard Bank, however, five years later, the creditors still have access to my account! The money goes off, then comes back, and the business gets a penalty fee! When asked about this, the Std Bank tells me its my fault. Surely the creditor should not be able to access my account when this facility has been terminated by the STD Bank?
I am looking to be reimbursed all penalty fees, with appropriate interest.
Failing any success with your help, I would like the banking Ombudsman's contact details.
