Poor service from personal banke

I am a prestige account holder at standard bank and have tried numerous times to get hold of a personal banker to get a petrol card and get advice on the accounts I keep. Its been 6 months and still no response or help. I'm tired of calling and asking for assistance. Do I change over to fnb?
