Don't seem to be able to care or provide service

An error by Dial Direct incorrectly increased my premium, which after 3 weeks was still not resolved. Received a call to discuss the possibility for retention - which seems to have faded into the ever growing base of Dial Directs "no care" attitude. Still no refund in my account since the initial request made on the 25th - was expecting it to not be more than 48 hours. Still on hold with your call centre to try and establish what the status is (since 15:50) - apparently there are no updates to confirm the status of the refund... and no one is available to comment or assist - no person in the Refunds Department, or Any Manager. Call just ended - 16:25, spoke to agent Tian. Please could you have the courtesy to return funds which do not belong to you with the appropriate interest for the total amount of days the funds were in your possession. I am now at a financial inconvenience since I have to pay the new insurance company's premium in the interim (on top of what you are still holding onto and the new joining fee for the new company) due to your ever increasing inadequacy and incompetence. Would appreciate some service delivery... if that even exists within your organisation.
