Simpler, Better, Faste

I noticed that I lost my card on Tuesday this week, I cancelled it online, applied for a new one and it was delivered easily and efficiently, all from the comfort of my office chair. I was also able to withdraw money from that account using the *120*321# feature on my phone. I never had to step into a branch even once. Brilliant integration between technology and efficiency that has made my life so simple during a time that could have been unbearable. Thank you. I love my bank :)
