I called MiWay twice to cancel my insurance. On both occasions I was instructed to wait 24 hours for feedback which didn't happen. I need to file for my month notice period and have missed it due to the lack of feedback from MiWay. Customer service is valid in the cancelation of a policy as well, please be aware of it.
