Hi I just want to complaint about the way my claim was handled and eventually not paid out by Mi Way insurance. This after I put my trust in them for cover me against big financial expenditures when needed. Ive specify my laptop on my policy with them and now that the thing has broken they come and tell me its to old for them to do a pay out. If I phone the land-line nr supply by Simone I have to speak to a machine and they are very slow with the progression of any claim. I will definitely cancel my policy with Mi Way and seek legal advice regarding my claim.
