A while ago via post, I received a "spam" advertising letter offering different products and services. I noticed a particular misspelling of my name on the envelope.
When I went to telkom to do a change of address, I saw on their computer, that my personal details that they've captured when I became a Telkom customer contained the EXACT mistakes, in precisely the exact places as on the spam advertising letter I received in the mail. This leads me to believe that either Telkom is selling personal information, or leaked my personal information that can compromise my safety and security. Having been through a horrible experience relating to and leaked information, I want to ASK Telkom if they ARE selling their customers personal information, and if not, how my personal information LEAKED to other companies.
