SHOCKING client interaction and service!!!

I have been insured with this company since October 2012, today for the first time, after numerous times of requesting this, (Be prepared to wait for 20 minutes before the phone is even answered) I received my policy schedule for the first time today. My car was broken into Tuesday night 25 June 2013, I requested an authorisation number 26 June after the police were here and I obtained a case number. It is now 27 June 16:00 in the afternoon and I get told they cannot process or pay my claim due their system being down and having errors! 48 Hours and a very heated conversation with the manager Pierre this morning at 10:00 I receive this communication now???
Glasfit has even tried to get the authorisation number for me and assist me, but to no avail. The other person in the complex who got broken into, got his authorisation number in half an hour and sent confirmation to Glasfit within 15 minutes? This is now 2 days later and Affinity Underwriters cant process a claim?? What is this company doing? I am reporting them to the financial ombud as this is unacceptable from any insurance company and according to FAIS, they have to be clear and fit and proper, which non they comply t
