First National Bank
No Response for 2 Weeks

Two weeks ago I accepted a credit card offer on cellphone banking. I have twice requested information regarding this, NO ONE has responded, even though I get mails back saying I will get response within 24 hours, never happened! I have called in to request information, what is happening with this and the rude consultant just put me on hold and I was on hold for the credit card division for over half an hour, no answer. My calls and mails are not being responded too, I cannot find out what is happening with this application 2 weeks later, the service from FNB is absolutely shocking and I am now resorting to Hello Peter as FNB will not attend to me. This is their service, I cant find out what is happening with the application at all. Terrible!
