On 04/06/13, I called AIG to enquire why my account was debited without my agreeing to accept the policy and that as in all cases reported on your website, I NEVER received any policy documents. I spoke to Tarryn who gave me a Ref No. 393838. They promised to reverse such monies debited and to this day nothing has been refunded. I find this disgusting behaviour that they can use my account as a shopping basket for their own benefits and without acknowledgement by me and also have the audacity to make false promises. All i want is all my money back into my account and that THEY REMOVE ALL MY DETAILS FROM THEIR DATA BASE IMMEDIATELY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT PEOPLE BE CAREFUL IN PASSING ON BANKING DETAILS AS THEY IGNORE YOUR INSTRUCTIONS.
