At the beginning of April I was notified of activity of someone trying to open accounts using my information. I got my ITC report and saw that ABSA had done an enquiry. I contacted there department and was told a profile is open but there aren't any cards. They didn't seem interested in taking it further. I called two days later to see if I could summit the documents for and was told that a credit card has been issued and will go out today. She cancelled it and I submitted the documents and She confirmed she had received them.

I now get a statement (2 months later) from Barclaycard for a credit card.

Do I really have to go through this process. Cant you guys just do you job.
