I claimed the motor on my borehole pump. Last week Thursday I recieved an e-mail from Herman Venter saying the claim have been approved and the money paid into my bank account, which would take 2-3 days to reflect in my acount.
Today on the 4th working day I sent him an e-mail asking if there is a problem because the money is still not in my account. He then told me that he would send the request for payment to management again.
I told him it is unacceptable and he must let me know why it wasn't processed in the first place, and I am still waiting for his response. I have tried phoning him numerous times today and he is not answering. I then phoned the customer care line, who check my policy. There is no record of a request done last week-only for today.
I have been without water in my house for over a week now and I have a baby and a todler. I find this unacceptable. I specified the borehole motor to avoid a situation like this.
