Illegal bullying tactic

Hi There

I have just received a bullying letter from your incompetent company, stating that I am not keeping to my payment arrangement. I have paid the agreed amount every month for the past 3 months. You have also charged me R15.00 for this letter which I REFUSE to pay. Please sort your records out. I would also like a statement of all payments received sent to me.
