I called dial direct and had a issue with an overflowing geazer, I tried getting hold of the claims department to find out if I needed to log a complaint I was told that I would get a call back which I didn't I then received a SMS to rate the service I rated the service poor I then received a call from Dikeledi Legwale who asked me what the problem was, I explained my situation within the same day she had someone come out and look at what the problem was they then came back on Saturday and fixed the problem Dikeledi Legwale kept sending me emails and called me to follow up, she really knows what customer services is all about..
