Dear FNB Management
I am a very disappointed and angry customer right now. I was shocked to get to my bank to withdraw my salary and I had a notification stating that my cheque account and card have been cancelled.
I called the helpline and I was told that the account was cancelled and deactivated by Bradley Thomas of the Claremont branch in April 2013. I personally know this Bradley and I have dealt with him in the passed. he is a arrogant and rude person and I am sure he has a personal problem with me. I met Bradley on Saturday the 22nd of June and he checked my account and told me all was okay. But I realized that he went behind and blocked my account. I am coming there at the FNB Branch to create a scene and I am bringing along a video recorder and tape recorder to record every conversation. I am fed-up with FNB * is customers. I have not been able to withdraw a cent in my account and my son has not been able get his medicine. I can assure you that I will not take this mater lightly and no one is supposed to block my account with R20, 000 salary transferred to it for any reason whatsoever without my permission.
