kindly assist as I made contact with rcs customer services on the 21/06 advising that I have made a manual payment for the payment that some how did not run throught my account and they must not run a double debit on the 24th, to my surprise u guys have not honoured my request let alone listern to my request, u have caused me inconvenience by debiting my account when I have paid the funds owing to the Rcs group
kindly rectify the matter urgently and I will not be going to the bank to rectify a error on your side
I am really distgusted with the poor service
