I have been banking with Nedbank for years, last year i asked them to do stop order for me, they said they did as requested, but it haven`t done, early this year i went to them again using my petrol, energy, time to ask if they can activate my stop order, they said OK, its fine. now its not. Theirs Ques are long and slow. i think there are more bank to choose from if they think they are the best. i hate Nedbank i can`t even save money because of them, i even think of changing to other bank. They are making my life so difficult. Even if you open account with them they don`t advice which one it`s good until you complain about their charges. Poor Consultant, train your staff before they come to counters.
