Failure to updtate credit bureau

I settled my account with RCS in full in October 2012, I spoke to R L Daly Attorneys who were collecting on behalf of RCS about the updating of the status of the account. Three (3) months later the status has still not been updated this is an unfair practice. Despite communicating with RCS there has been no change. I have downloaded my report from Transunion and it sti reflects that I owe them!!!
