Sanlam has lapse my policy without letting me to know, when i noticed that I phoned them they admited their mistake and reinstate my policy, but now they say I must pay the arrears, to me that unfair and not right because since they admited their mistake they must bear the cost. Their call centre agents promise me to call me back but they dont, instead they send an sms to call back, does that means if you cant phone them back you cannot get help entitled to.
