Two months into my Discovery insurance and I still do not have the DQ tracker installed. The installers are very busy, so there is a long waiting list. But at my first appointment, I waited for a phonecall, none came, no-one pitched. I rebooked, once again, no phonecall, no-one pitched. I phoned the help-line - 0860751751 - from my cell and eventually got through. Was told they would investigate while I held the line. A minute later I was told the driver would be there in 20 minutes. No driver after 30 min. Then I received a call, please hold for the driver... upon which the line was dropped. Waited... Phoned helpline again... unusually high call volumes... Tried the number I received a phonecall from - number does not exist.
No further call from Discovery. Cannot face the useless helpline again.
