On hold for 25 minutes and counting

I simply want to increase my overdraft. I was always able to do it online, but now the system is not allowing me. I'm currently at the bank with the phone against my ear, wasting my lunch hour and still on hold after 27 minutes and counting. My salary has doubled since last year and I took really good care of my overdraft actually decreasing it from R46000 to R35000. I hit a pothole with my car and need to have it fixed so I can go to work.

Very lousy service. 30 min and counting.
