Ill call you back in 10 min .. its 5 days late

So after the horrible service i received off sue the FNB in Meyerton insisted that it would never happen again and that EMILY would help me i saw emily on wednesday 12th June she was unable to finish her transaction pertaining to my grandmothers estate as her "codes werent working" but she assured me as soon as Sue was back it would be done and shed call me and let me know i also asked her how long it would take and i was told she would try her best but it would take up to 7 days max!! so thusrday went by friday went by the whole weekend went by still no call so tuesday the 18th june i called emily to find out what was happening she said she was busy with a customer shed call back in 10 min i waited 3 hours then called her back to which she said she had had to re submit all documents?? why would she need to re submit?? / and that shed TRY CALL ME BACK and keep me updated.

WELL NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM NOW SICK AND TIRED OF FNB MEYERTON YOUR STAFF ARE USELESS AND IF IM TOLD ILL RECEIVE A CALL BACK I EXPECT IT AND I ALSO DONT WANT TO BE TOLD THEY WILL TRY CALL ME BACK... THIS IS THE 2ND TIME IV HAD HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I AM GIVING YOU ONE MORE SHOT AT RECTIFYING THIS
