I ordered food telephonically on Thursday night 22/08/2013. I spoke to Emily... I was struggling to understand what she said as she was talking very fast and very unclear so after about 5 minutes, my airtime was finished. Before the phone cut, I asked her to phone me back and she said she will. I waited about 10 minutes for a call back but nothing so I got into my car and drove to the shop. I asked Emily why she did not phone back and she called Joanne (the manager). The manager proceed to tell me that I told Emily that she is stupid and that is why she did not phone back. I am furious as I never ever said anything like that! EVER! I really hope your phone calls are recorded. I will never ever order from Fishaways again. That is a promise!
