I called the home assistance line after my stove stopped working and asked for an electrician only to be told that they cant assist me, i went and hired my own electrician and took the matter up with customer services which agreed that i was in fact supposed to be assisted and they are willing to re-reimburse me if i submitted invoice, its been over a week and there is no refund, i have my entire insurance needs insured with this people but the service i receive has really left me wondering what kind of people i am dealing with, other insurers please contact me for quotes, this people don't want my business. 011 529 1876.
