What a shame

Im so dissapointed with the home assist insurance. I called in on the 29 december at around 9pm to report that my electricity is tripping. I waited for the next day only to be told at 11am that the bakkie of the electrician is broken so he wont be coming in the morning. So after waiting for so long I called the Standard bank to tell them that the electrician has bailed on me, this whole day I have been on the phone calling Standard bank home assist. No one is returning my calls and as Im speaking now Im sitting in the dark with no feedback from Barry as he promised. No wonder the call centre is not treating customers fairly because even the management is making false promises. I have now food that I must throw away because of lack of response. This is very disturbing and I'm even thinking that the people they work with do not want to come to the township. What is the point of paying for a service that is not going to assist because of the area Im based at. Absolute disgrace. It is now 19:10, 30 Dece 13 and still sitting without electricity despite Standard Bank and BASIC BLUE'S PROMISE
