Firstly up to now, not ONE phone call from you or anyone working there in response to ALL my accusations.
I you knew anything about me, you would know that I am quite thorough. I have dates, names, times of every phone call with essential med and ER 24. Firstly I PHONED the emergency number the evening of the 15th of May to find out procedures, but I am not going to repeat myself with everything that I wrote and have spoken about. It is all available for you to see and hear if you actually took the time to contact me. Furthermore - your personnel does not know how to help the clients nor do they know your own procedures and from the look of it, you are ignorant of what's going on as well. As for forms send in, It was send in last week after AGAIN I phoned Rene and she then send me the forms for the first time while on the phone. NEVER received ANYTHING from Elize. Sir this problem will not vanish into thin air as I did more than my part to get the information to you. I cannot take the blame for Your company's incompetence to guide clients to the best of their ability.
