I had an issue when applying for finance and the issue was of technical nature
After gong through various steps and time running out the awesome people at the Premier Banking Suite at Bank City who are my premier bankers came to my rescue
Mr JJ Benjamin and Mr S Solomon and Mr G De Oliveira are the reason i am with FNB
They made the issue their most important issue for the 2 days it took to sort it and went above and beyond to ensure that my situation was sorted out the technical problem was sorted out and in time so i did not loose the item
I would like to say a massive thank you for making FNB a bank worth banking at and a bank that i am proud to recommend to friends and family with not even a blink of uncertainty
