Lack of Communication & No assistance from Bank

Prior to my retrenchment in Dec11, my bond repayment was R 2400.00 yet paid R 3000.00.I paid my instalment for 3 months thereafter. UIF came through in Dec 2012. I made payments at the end of Jan, Feb and March 13 only R 2000.00. In March 13 I received a Notice of Set Down in terms of rule 31 (2). I called ABSA, spoke to Melanie011-2216154, I arranged to pay 3000.00 pm. She agreed.

On 9th May13, I received a Warrant of Execution. Called ABSA attorneys Easton Berry, spoke to Dawn031-2514000 and arranged to pay R3000.00pm. She would contact ABSA with this and revert, which was not done.

On 14 June13, got a call from Auctioneers032-9463434 who advised of auction on the 28 June. I immediately called her, she couldn't assist as the instruction was from ABSA.Called Dawn who said our request is pending. I called on 18 June 13, she still had no response.
On19June2013, spoke to Zama at ABSA and her senior Indiwe011-2216910, still to no avail. They insist I pay the arrears by 28 June 2013, or house will be auctioned, I did not receive any notice from ABSA or Attorneys advising us of this. On 20 June13 received an sms from Candice021-2020013 of the auction date, but cant get through.
