POOR CUSTOMER

I wanted to pay my credit card budgets finished today. Tellers was sending me to enquiry after she could not help me and did not understand my request. I then waited in line for customer services whom was having a nice relaxed conversation with a customer. She then told me that she cannot print me a statement. The host took me to the support line only to find out that the platinum card system was down

FNB is light years behind Absa and STB. There adverds means zero
