Shocking service

Shocking service from the Cape Town branch of Etana Insurance. My car was scratched by their client in April this year, and I have not received payment yet. In the meantime, my scratched car is in danger of rusting. My emails are ignored, my phonecalls are not returned. The person who is supposed to be my "Claims Champion" is permanently "on lunch" or "on a training course" and seems to lack the necessary skills to pick up a phone or write an email. Do not pick Etana as your insurers, I have had much better service through First for Women.
