BAD SERVICE

I had to email Absa several times regarding my vehicles settlement amount! After I emailed the action line I received a responce from Makhanya, Yvonne. I asked for a ledger showing how they allocated my payment because I did not agree with their amounts. Still I heard nothing! I have emailed the action line three times already and still no response! Bad service is a understatement!

Please help me in this regard.
