INCOMPETENT SERVICE BY ABSA

Moms home had to be sold. Transaction started, lawyer took info (e.g.settlement amount)&action. Registration done, settlement amount paid in full to ABSA.Upon that, ABSA sommer required another premium. Lawyer detested, corresponded with relevant persons, enquiring statements&proof thereof. NONE was given. He repeated action frequently, no response. His expert opinion was that NO extra money was to be added, therefore none extra will be paid unless sufficient proof of "outstanding money" was given. None received. A while after that, matter was assumed as finalised. Lawyer confirmed that ABSA should not bill further amounts, we owe them nothing. Few months after, ABSA started phoning Mom re: outstanding amounts... VERY RUDE&unprofessional. Requested proof, nothing given! Bad attitudes-ABSA.We informed lawyer, he confirmed we owe nothing. We told ABSA to contact Lawyer in future. Heard nothing again for long. We received statement saying balance written off. Mom was blacklisted??? Now, year later, sms's from ABSA starts, saying balance owed is reflecting on home loan, call this or that number. BALANCED OWED, BUT SHE'S BLACKLISTED FOR MONEY THEY HAD "WRITTEN OFF", she wasn't supposed to pay? AND Again it's outstanding???
